The Vendor Application Form should be used for the following:​

• Tax exemption for eligible organizations

• Free quotes for wholesale and bulk orders

• Free quotes for international shipping beyond our usual shipping range

To download the Vendor Application Form as a PDF, click here. Please submit the completed form to ckratzer@OwlflyLLC.com along with the name of the product you want to purchase and the desired quantity. When approved, you will receive a quote for purchase and shipping.

 

An approved Vendor Application is valid for both Owlfly products and Owlfly publications. We offer a discounted rate on bulk orders for approved wholesale vendors.
